Simply drop your bag in the dropbox!
Don’t have a Helena’s bag yet?
Use a numbered bag and register
the bag # on the kiosk.
ORDER IN PROCESS:
Keep an eye out for an email or text
after we have inventoried your order. You can then see
all items and follow the progress on your account-login!
ORDER READY:
You will be notified by email or text when your order
is ready for pick up at the kiosk.
PICK UP:
Collect your order from the Pick Up kiosk on your own time!
