Building P&D

The front desk should have our

New Customer Kits (Or contact us)

  1. Create your account online:

  2.  Fill out the customer-kit-card

  3. Place your items in provided bag.

  4. Leave the bag in designated area

  5. Log in to your online account to schedule your pick, any day Monday - Saturday and we’ll pick up your bag from the designated pick up location in your building.

House P&D​

​

  1. Schedule your pickup online 

  2. include any special instructions for our drivers (e.g., Watch out for Bingo or Pick up and drop off at the back door)

  3. For your first order, place your items in any bag (we’ll return it to you upon delivery) 

  4. Don’t Forget in Your First Order > attach or leave a note inside your bag with your name & phone number

* Your order will be returned with a complimentary red Helena’s garment bag  An ID tag will be attached for future orders. Whenever it’s full, simply sign in to your online account and schedule a pickup. We’ll handle the rest!

Our online system allows you to:

  1. Take photos of your items before sending them in.

  2. Update your preferences, payment, and special instructions.

  3. Track your order status and see where your items are in the process.

  4. View your order history, receipt, and your online wardrobe to see all items you have sent in throughout your journey.

General Turnaround Times

Depending on the service you’re using,  turnaround times are:

  • Standard Dry Cleaning: 2 Business Days

  • Laundry Subscriptions: 1 Day Turnaround

  • Laundry by the Pound: 2 Business Days

  • Household Items (Bedding, Linens): 2 Business Days

  • Alterations: 7 business days ​
